About me
My name is Jan Říčař, I am an entrepreneur, investor and an early philanthropist. I am also actively engaged in communal politics in recent years .
My career began at the age of 15 when I started to help in a family company. Three years later I opened my first restaurant. I further developed my business activities during my university studies and at the same time I kept extending my portfolio of passive income.
After school, I began to provide consultancy service to help beginning businessmen. This was an excellent experience allowing me to deliver speeches at various international conferences and establish new contacts. Thanks to them my business expanded to several countries across Europe, U.S.A. and countries in Central Asia.
I have always tried to make use of my experience in favour of others and take part in projects involving social responsibility. For example, I co-founded a non-profit organisation focused on education and improvement of conditions of children in children´s homes, and contributed to development of a contemporary art gallery. In 2013, I became actively involved in politics on a community level.
My passion is getting to know new people, different cultures and unexplored opportunities. I believe that a man should always be learning and let himself to be inspired by others.
